CPR Welcomes New Plant Manager

June 26, 2023 - CPR is very proud to welcome Jeff Barksdale as our new Tampa’s Plant Manager.

Jeff responsibilities are to manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operation of the plant, at our facility in Tampa, Florida, from the receiving and shipping to production. 

Ensuring all policies, principles and procedures are followed; to maximize efficiently, safety, quality, and productivity.

Jeff served 10 years in the US Navy and retired with honors.

He also worked with Alcoa and most recently with Waste Management with the same position; he knows many of the resins such as PVC, PET, LDPE and HDPE.
